Dairy free daughter, coeliac mother - yep, we have to be allergy friendly in our house!
Anyway, here are a few of my tried and tested gluten free recipes:
Gluten Free Christmas Cake - adapted from a Phil Vickery recipe to make a slightly lighter cake. Delicious (even if I do say so myself!)
Gluten Free Flour Mix - you'll need this for the above but it's also a handy mix to have for cake baking (again, courtesy of our Phil).
